The biggest reason we think you’ll love this home is that it there’s really no better options for the price in all of Spring Branch and we expect this one to sell pretty quickly just like our other ‘Deal of the Weeks’.
If you’re looking for a single-family home that you can call your own and not worry about the maintenance of having to deal with an old HVAC, roof or plumbing, this truly is a great deal!
